This is the second restaurant in the series of restaurant reviews in J Block, DDA Market. Since we visited Paramjeet Machi Wala at Moti Nagar, we were eager to check out this one. Read on to find out whether this one lives up to the reputation of the main branch, or falls a bit short.

J Block DDA market in Rajouri Garden is a restaurant hub. This place is crowded with food lovers in the evening. While many restaurants here have just fancy names but nothing new to offer to the customers, we have a few exceptions. Paramjeet Machi Wala is famous in Moti Nagar for its fish tikka. The place runs for just a few hours. But within that time, we see a horde of visitors to check out the awesome fish and chicken. The same place is replicated here. Taste wise there is nothing different. But this place does not see the rush associated with Moti Nagar. This is good in a way because you can have a peace of mind and enjoy the good food.

Talking about the food, since it was our first visit and we missed the Fish Tikka, this time we laid our hands on their specialty, the Fish tikka. The menu over here is different from their main outlet. This one is more of a restaurant styled menu. And since they have the space for the same, hence the expanded menu. Both Fish tikka and Fish Fry are extremely well prepared. The prices are also a little less than their main branch. But portions and taste is good. Fish fry is good to eat especially in winters. Service is ok. Speed is good enough for the food which they serve. Take care during week ends as their favorite items may finish off fast as they prepare in limited quantities. You may or may not enjoy the outdoor seatings in the evenings. Check out that part well before you place your order.
