Shree Gandhi Ashram Khadi Gramodyog Bhandar, Connaught Place, New Delhi

On 2nd October 2016, we visited Shree Gandhi Ashram Khadi Gramodyog Bhandar or simply known as Khadi India store at Connaught Place, New Delhi. The place was decked up for the once in a year occasion and there were lots of programs organized. Understandably there was a huge rush once the store opened. Four Floors of premium Made In India products.

A special mention for e Chrakha. This is a spin wheel for threads. Operated by hand, this also produces electricity. Enough to charge a mini transistor radio.
