Summer time and Sugarcane Juice

As the temperatures soar in New Delhi, there is just one sight of this which attracts everyone like a magnet.

The cane is crushed under a pair of rollers. Mint and lime is added during the crushing process. A dash of salt and ice is a really refreshing drink.
